  • Cumulative bonus applied at 400 mm before Wednesday September 24, 2014 11:59 PST.
  • Daily Bonus applied at 150/250 mm worked daily Monday September 22 (12:00 PST), Tuesday September 23, and Wednesday September 24, 2014 (11:59 PST).
  • Bonus payable Friday September 26, 2014.
  • The New Mid-Week Bonus earnings are in ADDITION to the Weekly Volume Bonus (below).

QC Score 3.90+

  1. $2.00 = 100 mm approved
  2. $6.00 = 200 mm approved
  3. $12.00 = 300 mm approved (plus $0.04 on every approved mm 301-499)
  4. $25.00 = 500 mm approved (plus $0.05 on every approved mm 501+)

QC Score 3.75 – 3.89

  1. $2.00 = 100 mm  approved
  2. $5.00 = 200 mm approved
  3. $9.00 = 300 mm approved (plus $0.03 on every approved mm  301-499)
  4. $20.00 = 500 mm approved (plus $0.04 on every approved mm 501+)
